RIMBUN CF APPROVAL OBTAINED!!! VACANT POSSESSION

CF/VACANT POSSESSION - you should be getting a letter of VP if all your documents are in order. Please do contact your SPA lawyer and Loan Agreement Lawyer to make sure your banks have paid all monies due to TH-NTSC SDN. BHD. (update : 10 May 2010)

I have received a number of calls from buyers of Rimbun asking if the Rimbun units are ready and when they could have the keys to their dream homes. As far as I know the CF application have been forwarded to the relevant authorities and they are processing it! They need to check that TH as the developer have met all the necessary housing and development requirements, visit and check every single Rimbun unit for defect and safety compliance before CF is issued. But this does not mean that you could have your keys the minute CF is awarded to your house, unless you are a cash purchaser...

Let me explain, CF or Certificate of Fitness or I think there's a new term of this but I cant recall what it is at this moment.. it means that the house is fit for occupation, and we as the developer could then make our final claim to the financing houses to settle the remaining balance if any. Normally this process would take 1 or 2 months. You can expedite this but you do need to contact the loan agreement lawyer to make sure all documentation is in order and ask the financing houses to release the monies due as soon as possible.

Only once that we have full settlement we would hand over the keys. You may also need to pay quit rent, water and electricity deposit and others. Its going to be soon hopefully, I will keep you updated.
